蒜茸蒸陳村粉 $68平時去到大排檔食小菜點都會叫返一兩個白飯,不過黎到水記,白飯根本唔會係你既選擇。因為與其叫白飯,不如叫即叫即蒸既陳村粉👍🏻一上枱已經聞到好香既蒜茸味,因為上枱前再淋左熟油喺面,令到啲香味爆發出黎陳村粉亦都好滑,加上表面有啲肉碎,有兩重口感 ,食完真係停唔到口最後叫多左碟😂真到到店推介拔絲咕嚕肉 $78咕嚕肉用既豬肉一啲都唔肥,好似豬柳咁。而且每一舊都炸到好脆,脆漿亦都唔會好厚,啱啱好嗰汁唔會太酸或者太甜,好好味😋炸大腸 $88炸到外脆內軟,而且醃得好入味,重點就緊係無“屎”,加埋底下啲墊底既菠蘿,即係要叫返兩支啤酒啤啤佢🍻泰式煎蠔餅 $78同出面平時食開既蠔餅好唔同,其他地方食既通常都會好多粉,但係依度就蠔多過粉。與其話係蠔餅,倒不如話係炸蠔,好抵食👍🏻

拔絲咕嚕肉 $78
咕嚕肉用既豬肉一啲都唔肥,好似豬柳咁。
而且每一舊都炸到好脆,脆漿亦都唔會好厚,啱啱好
嗰汁唔會太酸或者太甜,好好味😋

炸大腸 $88
炸到外脆內軟,而且醃得好入味,
重點就緊係無“屎”,加埋底下啲墊底既菠蘿,
即係要叫返兩支啤酒啤啤佢🍻

泰式煎蠔餅 $78
同出面平時食開既蠔餅好唔同,其他地方食既通常都會好多粉,但係依度就蠔多過粉。
與其話係蠔餅,倒不如話係炸蠔,好抵食👍🏻
