聽到咁清楚嘅答案,唯有轉場啦! 行去強記嘅時候經過水記,標榜自己嘅燒排骨 "唔認第一,都係第一",咁我就打住拆佢招牌心態,睇吓佢D燒排骨有幾掂!

另外再點咗泰式海蜇沙律,炸大腸同蠔仔粥.

哩間水記好奇怪,泰式菜又有潮州菜又有廣東菜又有,但店舖細細廚房細細,勁!

炸大腸一上枱,果種獨有騷味撲鼻! 外脆內軟無肥膏,好過楚撚記,因為份量多過楚撚記,而味道不相伯仲.

蠔仔粥有D扣分,因為蠔仔有丁點蠔殼,雖然只有一丁點,但影響口感極大! 就好似食雞蛋有蛋殼,唔知點解好抗拒哩種感覺,但其他正常無問題.

泰式海蜇沙律嘅海蜇份量嚴重不足,而且對於唔食辣嘅我感覺好辣!

最後嘅名菜燒排骨,外相一般顏色過深唔夠吸引,另外唔夠熱,口感嘛..... 算叫做鬆軟 Juicy,質感已到邊緣,如果再燒多半分鐘已經過火.

燒排骨就唔夠熱,但餐廳細細嘅環境就好鬼熱! 無開冷氣,環境又有D污糟,我仲幫佢用濕紙巾抹抹份 Menu,俾唔落好評囉....

呢間水記係幾好味既,鑊氣好夠,款式都好多,佢地煮既泰國菜式就真係好正既,所以晚晚都好人食,佢地裏大約得十張枱,環境好逼,所以佢地晚晚都會响鋪外既行人通道上放多幾枱做生意,住附近既街坊都會幫襯,幫襯得既有好多都係熟客,所以佢地就算坐响街食都覺得無所謂,但佢成日開晒成十張枱霸晒人地既行人通道,兩張枱拍埋一張坐五,六個人,而家疫情嚴重,班食客又唔帶口罩咁吹水食煙噴口水就真係怕怕啦!講返d野食呀,我覺得佢地既燒豬頸肉同沙律係唔錯架,但要坐响街邊食就我就麻麻啦

好耐冇去過水記啦,趁週末晚相約好友去食返餐。夜晚7:30去到,以為會好多人要等位,點知唔使,入到去仲有幾張空枱。滷水鵝腸,新鮮,但唔夠爽脆,肥啲會更加好,滷水味ok,少咗啲清香層次。飛天通菜,炒得頗有鑊氣, 爽口,$58 大大碟,性價比高。招牌小炒王,材料十足,韭菜,腰果,魷魚,菜莆,銀魚乾,炒得鹹香十足,可惜好友唔飲啤酒,唔係佐酒一流 😅泰式煎蠔餅,好友叫的,佢以為係一餅餅的,但上枱變咗炸蠔仔粒,再加上蠔仔唔係太多,有啲剩係得炸粉,頗失望 😞。整體來講,水記嘅性價比係高,值得再返兜嘅 🤣!

泰式煎蠔餅,好友叫的,佢以為係一餅餅的,但上枱變咗炸蠔仔粒,再加上蠔仔唔係太多,有啲剩係得炸粉,頗失望 😞。

整體來講,水記嘅性價比係高,值得再返兜嘅 🤣!

水記水記好好味宵夜好地方,簡單幾個小菜,配一杯啤酒。 三五知己吹水好地方!叫咗個馬拉盞炒通菜,好有鑊氣啊。正!價錢都好平,好抵食好大碟。另外叫咗一個雞煲,略嫌未夠辣,可以在辣多一啲。重點係啲配菜都好入味, 洋蔥好甜芹菜好香。另外一個係豉油王炒麵。都唔錯食!已經係第三次嚟呢個地方,位置比較偏僻,但係用Google都好容易搵到呢個地方。可以坐喺度慢慢吃,最後埋單都係二百幾蚊。簡直叫人驚嘆❗️ 總括而言,都係晚餐宵夜吹水超正。

去到點知都幾爆場,好彩有2張枱。初初以為係打冷,實際有埋泰國野食,我地叫碟餸,碟碟都大大碟,都整得算唔錯。唯一係好似周圍都滴水咁,同埋太逼。小炒泰菜真係好好味人多叫左好多味送真係人多既好處呀餸菜多到不能盡錄椒鹽魷魚鵝腸小炒皇好野味又夠穫氣燒豬頸肉鹵水拼盤咕嚕肉。沙薑鵝腸,鵝腸睇得出雖然唔大 但好新鮮爽口 食落走肥瘦度適中 唔係話太多肥膏嗰。下次試吓泰國小食,朋友介紹泰國小食都話好好食嘅尼個細細間鋪頭,環境唔大,但味道質素唔錯,價錢親民 cp值都好高。
