To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時嚟開呢度都係擺酒飲宴 不過印像中啲嘢都係幾好食 今次就嚟咗呢度晚飯 無論價錢定質素都令人喜出望外 燒鵝（例牌）一拎上嚟份量已經令人滿意 佢雖然例牌但係都一大碟 而且仲有燒鵝髀添 味道上絕對比得上深井嗰啲 燒鵝 皮脆 肉質一啲都唔乾身好滑 隻鵝仲有一定嘅肥膏食落好香 好滿意薑蔥蠔煲 日拎上嚟成個鐵煲熱辣辣 好明顯係新鮮做 同燒鵝一樣好嘅份量都好多而且十分大隻 整出嚟好乾身 薑蔥味好惹味撈飯一流 隻蠔咬落去啖啖肉薑蔥龍蝦味道其實同好係差唔 多因為煮法係一樣 但龍蝦好大件 肉好厚 仲有好多舊原本應該都幾大隻 絕對冇因為做組合優惠而影響質素 龍蝦賣相雪香 肉質好爽口一啲都霉 實在有驚喜最後仲送埋甜品 呢個價錢 又食得飽 又有咁多材料 可以話係超抵

日拎上嚟成個鐵煲熱辣辣 好明顯係新鮮做 同燒鵝一樣好嘅份量都好多而且十分大隻 整出嚟好乾身 薑蔥味好惹味撈飯一流 隻蠔咬落去啖啖肉
