不過我就覺得 一係唔食 要食就揀個最貴既黎試先過癮

生蠔好鮮甜,味道濃郁 就算加咗泡菜汁都唔會掩蓋咗蠔鮮味🤭

呢個set既特別之處就係有個和牛海膽丼飯
呢個和牛海膽飯真係一試難忘
海膽勁鮮甜,同和牛一齊食非常有層次‼️

牛既七個唔同嘅稀有部位
呢個Set都可以食到

脂肪比例都好平均
一擺落口真係不得了 瞬間溶咗係口入面
每一款牛都會有建議配搭嘅醬汁/wasab
令到牛味更加突出

其中一款係同鏗魚湯汁一齊食
浸左落左湯度會清淡少少
不過鏗魚湯就好香
另外有一款燒肉係配合蛋汁食
肉既香味同口感都會大大提升咗

整體黎講和牛質素真係好高!
雖然價錢比較貴 但係絕對係值得既‼️
每款牛都有特定既時間去燒
店員會係你面前示範一次
服務態度都好好

最後想講埋去類餐廳食飯都好想飲番杯梅酒
