To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家入長洲真係同以前好唔同,多左好多林林種重唔同野食,唔再淨係大大粒魚蛋但係咁多野食之下,我就俾呢間既串燒香味吸引左我入去食分別叫左勁多串燒、韭菜、雞軟骨、肥牛包菜等等,全部都好野味!!同埋有個極力推薦咸蛋黃臘腸,好特別好好食,估唔到兩個加埋係咁夾架!!撈麵 - 係佢地自己特製調味料,如果食完串燒未飽,叫一碗一試無妨最後埋單,點都抵過市區食串燒。大熱天時可以堂食涼冷氣食串燒,係長洲真係一個唔錯既選擇!

撈麵 - 係佢地自己特製調味料,如果食完串燒未飽,叫一碗一試無妨
