To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次黎我就叫左碗過橋米線套餐，碗面一黎真係嘩左一聲，點解可以咁大碗嘅，原來入面竟然有17款餸咁多丫:魚蛋、牛丸、墨丸、牛肉、雞肉、豬肉、腩肉、火腿、炸醬、酸菜、竹笙、芽菜、韮菜、腐皮、生菜、豆卜和豬膶,。呢一碗米線份量真係好大好大 好大丫，我覺得應該至少係2人份量，不過我最鍾意食多餸嘅面，所以呢碗面好就滿足到我啦！另外我再叫左雞翼同埋皮蛋，皮蛋真係好好味，麻辣加埋皮蛋真係絕配！下次我都要再黎食皮蛋！
