To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人任職的會計專業,係要每年申報指定既持續進修點數,才可以每年繼續專業資格的。所以,Continuing Professional Development (CPD),既點數,對我來說,是很重要的。以前,總是喜歡放工或周末出去市區上上堂,與同業朋友交流一下及吃吃東西。其中,ACCA 會辦的 seminar ,更是一個美食 event。可是,因為疫情,大部份的 seminar 改為網課。鮮有機會出來學習兼吃喝。而這一次,是一個難得的 face-to-face seminar,而且是一個全日 event。是次 event,假《香港JW萬豪酒店》舉行,有中場的自助小食之餘,又有一個 Professional Luncheon。有 CPD 又有 fine dining, anything can better than that? 首先,我要重申,我真係去聽 talk,我向來到是一個好學生。那天,幾名講者的 talk 都好精彩,獲益良多。早上的 sesson ,有一個小休。而這一個小休,就是令所有參與者好開心的小環節。因為,大會會安排豐富冒自助小食。有中、西美點同水果。放 break 既時間大

早上的 sesson ,有一個小休。而這一個小休,就是令所有參與者好開心的小環節。因為,大會會安排豐富冒自助小食。有中、西美點同水果。放 break 既時間大概早上11點,大家都當係一個早餐來吃。

再者,我非常欣賞金鍾三間酒店的咖啡出品。濃濃的即磨咖啡,每一次跟 ACCA 會去金鍾三大酒店上堂,我至少會飲兩杯。

時間過得好快,是可愛的 Professional Lunchon 了。這一次 seminar,很特別。因為大家在會場吃完飯就可以走,並沒有 afternoon session。兩個 seminar session 完結後,我們坐的圓桌立即變成了餐桌。當服務員為大家派送是日的餐單後,大家我心情都變成了期待。

不一會,服務員就把精美的前菜帶給在場的各位了。我們的前菜是 Smoke Salmon Rilete。以煙三文魚包裹著一份法式肉醬。香濃也帶點香滑,而這香滑感,是完完整整的肉質感。是真正的味道好,口感好之作。

主食, 是一份 Roasted Iberico Pork。西班牙的黑毛豬,其肉的質感超然就不需多加補充。原味,原條烤出來再分件,看得出肉內心的鮮紅都嫩滑感。吃入口,是黑毛豬獨有的那一種嫩滑感。再配合濃香醬汁同甜豆,非常美味的說。

甜品,是一個很精緻的小點。一片薄曲奇,中間夾一層雜果仁醬,而頂層的朱古力球是 Valrhona 品牌的 Guanaja Chocolate。所以,這一個 Guanaja Chocolate Gateau,令人感覺份外的矜貴,濃香的朱古力同果仁香味,很容易就會令人感美滿。

可以學習,可以得分,更有美食的相伴。真係沒有任何事可以比今日的這一餐,這一個活動更好。週末上 ACCA 的 Face-to-Face Seminar,絕對是一件開心既事。
