Tonight we tried the soy sauce raw crab bibimbap and it’s so good. My first time to have soy crab, it’s lighter and fresher than what I imagined, very creamy and goes well with the popping crab roes, crispy seaweed and hot rice.

You shouldn’t miss their sizzling Jeju pork belly either, served extremely hot and juicy from the hibachi stove- be careful of the hot oil while you enjoy the fatty meaty bites.
Beef japchae is a great stir fry to pair with the famous honeycomb makgeolli. This drink is SO GOOD, the honey just melt in with the rice wine and you still can chew on the beeswax as a dessert. Love their selection of banchan as well, MASHISOYO!
