To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每一粒蝦,每一粒牛肉,都係好鹹。叉燒酥極之奇怪,以為自己食緊嫁女餅。粥好杰,完全唔熱。薄餅都係好鹹。都唔知係因為啲食材唔新鮮呀,定係啲廚師冇晒味覺呢?上錯點心:叉燒腸同炸兩,佢聲稱話差唔多喎!啲服務員記性好差,叫佢做嘢,講第二次第三次先會成事。 1.服務質量問題 - 服務員態度冷淡或響應不及時。 - 點單錯誤或上菜順序混亂。 - 對顧客需求缺乏關注。 2.菜品質量問題 - 菜品口味不符合預期(如太咸、太淡或不夠新鮮)。 - 食材不新鮮或分量不足。 - 菜品與菜單描述不符。Anyway,總之冇下次。不值得推介!
