第一次omakase,就比左天鮨😂揀呢間既原因係因為網上睇過,呢間係比較抵食。有21-23道菜🤩而且我未食過海膽,呢間就有好靚既日本拍賣第一名海膽食☺️另外有點值得一提,師傅處理元貝同埋石坦貝既手法有特別之處,師傅會將貝用手拍一拍,因為食材新鮮貝肉就會收縮,收縮左既貝肉食落口更加鮮味爽口🥰晚市我食完感覺21道菜剛剛好。(圖片我只列出比較特別既菜式)呢間特別之處,可以試既地方我認為係:師傅拍打貝肉提鮮既方式、第一名海膽、備長炭燒和牛、禾稈草煙燻、熟成魚價錢$1750+%10(訂座要預付$200每人)
