To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講起嚟真係有啲搞笑，已經讀到Year 3喇，我先第一次食新can沙律。考完DSE後成日坐，又日日食canteen，搞到我肥咗唔少。所以近年開始識得欣賞沙律。本來諗住去食早餐，但11點都未到已經冇得賣(Year 1嗰陣1130都仲有)。沙律都仲prepare緊，所以未出齊啲款，但都有五款揀喇。喺度買沙律分細盒($26)同大盒($31)，基本上揀幾多款都OK，但如果你叫咗啲好佔位嘅菜，裝唔落就冇架喇。今次個份量比我想像中多，姨姨都肯將啲輕嘢菜放底，上面用重嘅嘢壓住，咁就可以裝多啲喇，幾nice~哈蜜瓜好甜好稔，而且叫呢款佢會最後放，通常唔會點減少其他菜喺份量~似係羽衣甘藍? (google 過，但都係唔太識分)拌菠蘿汁，帶少少菠蘿肉，味道酸甜開胃，而且比沙律醬低脂得多~菜好爽脆，質地有啲似油炸紫菜，味道微甘，不論味道定質感都相當吸引。長通粉比較厚身，有煙韌有咬口，係我鍾意嘅軟硬度~一入口已經嚐到濃濃嘅橄欖油香，長通粉仲拌有杏仁片同香草碎。估唔到canteen salad都咁講究。原來通粉仲混入咗少量豌豆。大粒、飽滿，加咗入去絕對係明智決定~仲有一半係生菜，但就係拌沙律醬。味道都唔錯，但就驚
