To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一般好味，唔理連鎖店定廚師發板先會寫，今次再食大大啖蔥油雞扒飯，就無咁好彩，上次食熱辣辣又脆皮，但唔記得影相寫食評，作為一個盡責Foodie，好就會再食，但再食就試咗無上次咁好食，因為雞扒唔熱，飯唔熱，成個味就變哂。證明集團式餐廳，唔易保持食物質素，作為食客要講彩數，雖然29蚊，好抵食，要星期1至5下午茶時段先有，但今次食完就沒有下次了，因為好味感飛走，上次會俾4星好味，今次俾3星Ok，都係靠杯熱鴛鴦同價錢，勉強食評俾OK。
