To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚1/25約9點幾路過呢個荼餐廳, 見到有NOW 足球直播喎, 咪入去叫左一碟菜遠排骨抄河 $39, 有贊有彈贊: NOW 足球直播, 平平地睇波; 加杯咖啡就加5蚊, 味道唔差; 叉燒味道都幾好, 係肥左少少彈: 見碟菜遠排骨抄河賣相唔錯, 不過一夾即散, 仲就到紅, 有時出街食飯, 如果遇到D排骨有一兩舊未熟晒都能夠理解, 但成碟排骨全部得3到4成熟又真係幾得人驚, 有相為証; 我同個待應講, 佢就比幾5舊叉燒我, 一句道歉都無, 仲想靜雞雞咁收走碟証據, 搞到好似美女廚房現實版咁, 完全唔食得希望呢間荼餐廳日後會改善
