📝 Overall review:
— Le Caviar Imperial was definitely the highlight of the meal! No matter the presentation or taste, this dish really lived up to its hype. The lobster jelly was undeniably fresh and complemented the rich, saltiness of the caviar. Personally thought the flavours were very well balanced and a light way to start off the meal.


— Le Bœuf is also worth the mention. The chateaubriand was tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare. It also had a rich meaty flavour and went perfectly with the creamy foie gras. This dish is quite rich and dense, but the side salad port wine sauce are able to lighten it up slightly with its sweetness and acidity.


— The bread basket is also quite something. Size and presentation is extremely impressive, between the 3 of us, we had about 30 breads in total. The variety was also amazing, with the cheese coupé being my favourite.


— Seafood wise, the dishes were well executed but nothing too special. A favourite of mine was le Homard, as the lobster bisque was so flavourful. However, I thought the jumbo Hokkaido scallop dish was slightly overcooked.


— Dessert was slightly underwhelming. Minus the presentation, the dessert didn’t deliver much of a wow factor to me. The raspberry with lychee flavour combination was nice, but nothing too special. Really wished there were more contrasting textures to the dish and complex flavours.


Overall rating:
😋Taste: Overall a good meal but nothing that really blew me away for the price.
📍Ambiance: Good service, staff are polite but food took a bit too long to come out.
⭐️Would visit again?: Possibly! But definitely worth a try!
