咩都唔想講!炆牛腩酸的太散!蒸排骨一睇就係蒸好耐又係酸。。。好酸,而且2種色仲好柴好乾!粟米魚同肥牛粉丝煲就可以,不過而2個應該無可能整唔好!胡椒豬肚湯味道就非常可口,好味!牛腩要控制好頭水火候,不能炆浸太耐!排骨醃料落完后封油放雪櫃備用,汁不需太多且商用蒸櫃8至10分鐘就好!(看功率)

牛腩要控制好頭水火候,不能炆浸太耐!
