非常地道嘅一款意式食品,茄子切左薄片,與Mozzarella cheese夾住排上一層層,味道以蕃茄式為主,非常特別嘅一道。

🔹Galleto Al Mattone
(Grilled “chicken under a brick”)
份量有半隻烤雞,外皮偏脆而雞肉夠嫩,唯獨雞隻烤得縮小,伴碟上相當迷你。雞肉旁配上薯仔,賣相都幾精緻。
