好難打得通電話,盡量去試,總會成功。一間小店,開業4年多,餐牌冇加過價。。。前菜係慕茸加菠菜,加上醬油,清新非常。到茶碗蒸,都係慕茸蒸蛋,蒸蛋真係非常合格,好滑又彈。今日好彩,有北海道生蠔,生蠔肥大肉厚,海水味唔重,但非常鮮嫩肥美多汁又甜。到劇肉,一塊近江A4牛,夾開慢慢食,先咩都唔好攪,就咁放入口,係開心到唔想出聲同講嘢,油脂分泌喺口入面捲起風浪。再夾件去沾蛋液,蛋液令到牛肉更加滑。最後夾埋白飯一齊食,飯粒沾上牛油,令原本巳經好香嘅米,加上色彩。食吓肉,食吓菜,菜都用燒過嘅牛留低嘅油煮,令到蔬菜重生一樣,肩肉就有啲咬口,都帶少少筋,牛味濃過西冷。如是者一牛一菜,都巳經飽飽哋,再嚟個滑蛋牛炒飯,我要少飯丫唔該。放近江牛肉粒落去,炒兩吓落蛋,炒兩吓落埋飯,非常專業,飯粒沾滿蛋、牛油,一匙羹仔放入口,好食到唔想咁快吞落肚呀。麵豉湯就帶點酸酸哋嘅味道,我冇留意聽侍應講係咩。最後我食柚子雪糕,飲熱檸水。坐Bar枱,廚師好專業、細心講解。侍應清枱倒啤酒跟得足。最重要係擺位,日本人攞位筷子係打橫放架。去日本超級市場,買碗近江牛肉飯都要二百幾,小店有咁高質素,唔怪得咁難訂位。
