40 minutes and still waiting.....

We understand that we are a large group of 12, but waiting 40 minutes after we placed our order without apology or a sense of urgency isn’t acceptable.Further, half our table was served soup and was later told that the half will be served later because the soup had to be boiled! It later came 10 minutes late.We continue to wait for our main dish to be ready......Not recommended for a lunch time venue.
