上次去咗山女魚食性價比高嘅Omakase,好多朋友睇見之後個個去試完都話又正又抵食!今次佢哋嘅Teppanyaki都開咗,急不及待即刻去試吓!有44年teppanyaki經驗嘅Kei師父全程同我哋有講有笑,仲教咗我一招,煎牛扒之前落幾滴紅酒,成件事即刻唔同晒!(大家喺屋企煮飯仔嘅時候都可以試吓有幾神奇)好欣賞三成熟同四成熟嘅牛肉真係有分別,有真功夫先做得出!另外推介燒澳洲鮑魚,拌碟嘅黃西椒配冬瓜味道清新特別,用鮑魚肝造成汁醬,鮮味非常!
