To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

$45碟鹵水鵝飯合理?

在農曆年期間的午間, 來到這間在蕪湖街似乎享負盛名的鹵水店, 經常在6/7 點就會見來外賣回家的人龍, 好歹自己也來試一次吧嘅心態, 店內的座位是長枱對座格局, 但這裡座位及狹窄的空位令人絕對不會感覺良好, 基本上叫哪一樣鹵水食物變成碟頭飯都是$45, 跟餐上的只有一碗清湯, 飯唔算多, 鵝件亦只是6件左右, 皮下脂肪是特厚那種, 對脂肪有偏見的話就不要叫鵝了, 鹵水汁只是一般,伴碟的有咸菜/ 豆腐等, 但以這價格及咁嘅門面自己真的不會回來囉, 因為錢只是付給了碟飯, 而又真係唔覺d鹵水食物咁出神入化喎!
