To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚回柴灣娘家吃飯,但阿娘說懶得煮,外出吃好了。樓下的酒樓吃過兩次,都是一般般,所以決定走遠一點,去康翠臺的富臨皇宮。我很久沒去富臨了,上一次去已經是開張不久後去飲茶,柴灣很多酒樓都做不長,富臨卻是屹立多年了。1. 老黃瓜燉響螺非常足料的燉湯,響螺肉都有好幾塊。燉湯很清很潤,很夠味,$98一大煲湯足夠4個人喝,每人都有兩碗多,抵👍🏻2. 鐵板黑椒豬手豬皮軟腍,豬手肉夠鬆化又滑,黑椒汁也很惹味,好吃程度十分驚喜!3. 砵酒焗桶蠔雖然賣相平平無奇,但大大隻,有6隻,好juicy,醬汁又酸酸辣辣,十分開胃!4. 上湯焗加拿大龍蝦上湯焗龍蝦屬於晚飯震撼推介的其中一款,還有手抓跳舞雞(很多人點)和清蒸沙巴仔。肉質爽口彈牙,很多肉,龍蝦螯的肉都是大大塊,鮮甜!😋😋😋$48半隻抵吃!大家最滿意都是龍蝦!還有上湯菜芯和大鱔煲,還送飯後甜品~桂花糕,非常滿足!
