在銅鑼湾想去高级寬敞西餐,因疫情關係,不願座位太擠擁。西餐我首選環境,以為佢酒店樓下,就是酒店餐廳,但裝修設計像一般酒吧餐廳,其實有點失望。看餐牌,紅酒杯裝只有一種$90,conrad~lobby, 都此價,質素外型還更好,生蠔價錢跟5星酒店一樣(看Sheraton蠔吧食評),好咗某幾種買一送一,就抵,陽陽抵唔住誘惑,爽,講蠔吧外貌,真係要執執,最少換咗塊透明板。帶子意大利飯$228,米生熟程度係及格,帶子鮮有彈,魚子卜卜,但pesto不濃,忌廉濃。Codfish意粉$188,鳕魚小粒與意粉撈埋,因汁有雅支竹略咸, 橄欖 ,什菌,較油,無忌廉,汁叫puttancesa,味道話鹹香酸辣非常豪放不矜持喎,但辣味不覺。海膽意粉$258,海膽2片,汁帶厚,少蟹肉,好油,蒜粒,份量小,saffron cream sauce,有藏紅花?又食唔出特别?以此價整體份量少,賣相質素一般,以我在中環及soho西餐經驗計,令我上次在喜來登吧真係抵,有内外兼備。
