I tried Uluru in the past and besides their comic like environment, the food was really good so I came again and preordered their Pink Uluru 2D Cake.As we wanted to have 2 desserts, we only ordered 2 Mains. As we wanted to have 2 desserts, we only ordered 2 Mains. The Steak was pretty standard but I was surprised by the Seafood Tong Yum Goong Rice Cake. Despite it was labelled under Pasta, there was quite a lot of seafood for this dish and the flavors of the Tong Yum Sauce was amazing. Actually after we finished the dish, we continued to enjoy the sauce with the sides of the steak dish eg the potatoes.

Their Yin Yuan Martini was really balanced here with just the right amount of Bailey without being too sweet yet without the usual acidity that comes with espresso martinis.

Dessert we preordered the Pink Uluru 2D cake and looked adorable. Even though its flavor is Raspberry it is not too tarty so most people can enjoy it.

Next came the Fuji Shibazakura Festival and I loved how besides the Matcha on top, they are able to incorporate Hojicha to the finger biscuits of the tiramisu so we can enjoy the best of both worlds. I am looking forward to my 3rd visit.
