過咗海物價高昂,以前向灣仔返工要向公司附近揾食,食到荷包縮哂。其實行遠少少向電車路附近大把性價比高既餐廳,pho778就係其中一間又抵又好食既選擇😋呢間餐廳最出名係食越式湯河,正常分量已經係超大碗!手切安格斯肥牛湯河就係我既心水推介,生牛肉薄切但脂肪分佈均衡(唔好攞一般肥牛同佢比!),湯既熱度岩岩灼熟,入口無比滑嫩!而河粉既靈魂湯底簡直冇得彈👍🏻湯底店家自製,清甜冇味精,有少少藥材味,將牛肉既鮮味提昇!而配料調味就分開上,上碟精緻完全係自己diy味道!如果覺得唔夠濃,仲可以用是拉差醬同辣醬調味,但我覺得原味先係皇道😋香茅雞扒法包都充滿驚喜!雞扒唔係炸係煎入口滑嫩,有生菜蕃茄同香葉,配上香脆法包,估你唔到越式風味同法包好夾,入口清新爽脆,不過我都係鍾意食河粉多d😂要再豐富d,加$15有小食連野飲,小食絕對唔少野,蝦餅必試!唔係平時出面食既口感,係一絲絲好似真肉咁!(有相為證!)外面炸得蘇脆,內裡嫩滑,每啖都係蝦既鮮甜美!蔗蝦蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,再煎香外皮惹味十足,點泰式甜醬有少少蓋過原味,所以我建議直接食。綜合來講我推薦蝦餅多d唔夠喉再叫多客紙米卷!非常標準既做法,但材料新鮮已經完勝👍🏻店舖細

唔夠喉再叫多客紙米卷!非常標準既做法,但材料新鮮已經完勝👍🏻

店舖細細間有d逼狹,但性價比咁高,已經加入encore清單
