中午揾餐廳食午餐,行到 L. Square 有姐姐在樓下派傳單,當中有間「Bugis」有張$50 coupon,就去試下。「Bugis」的位置正是「Papparich」的前身。兩間同樣是主打星馬菜,唔知兩者有冇關係。「Bugis」的室內裝潢跟「Papparich」沒有大分別,因此真的容易把「Bugis」及「Papparich」混淆;非常懷疑兩間餐廳根本是同一個老闆,只不過可能因為後者生意不好、又或者風水轉運問題,才將餐廳改名。午餐選擇有14款,$62~72,包杯指定飲品。在同區餐廳比較,價錢上略勝一籌。如果想豐富點,加 $20/$24 可以多個小食。因為有張 $50 coupon,但要滿 $200 才能夠使用,所以這個午餐可以食豐富些少。追加兩份小食。單看【沙嗲雞肉串燒 $20】的顏色,沒有燒香的痕跡;串燒上的醬汁看似過份濕潤、水汪汪,不討好,整體賣相打了折扣。雞肉串燒的温度不足、雞肉乏味、醬汁味道麻麻,非常失望的雞肉串燒。【香芧煎豬頸肉 $24】其實更貼切形容只是煎豬頸肉,因此及上燒豬頸肉香口惹味。香芧煎豬頸肉但是香芧的香味不太明顯,加上豬頸肉本身沒有太多調味,因此要沾上旁邊的醬汁提
