To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

.2010年6月13日 西貢 ( 永和海鮮酒家 - 1 )天陰間歇有雨,早上前往西貢灣仔半島行山,可幸的是未遇上大雨,中午時候,朋友提議到這間酒家午餐。豉汁蒸排骨:排骨鮮甜入味,幾好。(3.5分)蓮蓉包:蓮蓉唔夠香,得嗰甜字。(2.5分)牛肚:看似很腍,咬落頗韌,味道一般的。(2.7分)鳳爪:也許是蒸得太久了,腍晒。(2.5分)燒鵝:好香好好味,唔錯...唔錯...。(3.5分)豉椒蟶子:夠大隻,沒有砂,好鮮甜,加上豉椒汁,非常惹味好吃。(4分)羅漢粉麵:配料頗多,有東菇、草菇、粟米心、芽菜、竹筍、木耳及菜心等,味道OK,略嫌麵身炒得過濕。(3分)這店位處於西貢墟的橫街內,很難找的,山友介紹話抵食,酒家頗舊,環境衛生麻麻地,其它一般的,價錢比起海邊的靚靚食肆,肯定是便宜得多了。

蓮蓉包:蓮蓉唔夠香,得嗰甜字。(2.5分)

鳳爪:也許是蒸得太久了,腍晒。(2.5分)
燒鵝:好香好好味,唔錯...唔錯...。(3.5分)
