To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過，見佢而家有$52外賣便當，超級抵，就買個返屋企食Yokohama ($52)沙律菜及漬藕片新鮮開胃；炸蝦就算拎到返屋企食都唔會覺得淋晒又好油，炸醬又唔會好厚身；照燒雞肉厚，照燒味香濃，連雞皮都帶脆身；酸梅味飯真係好酸，但撈飯食又會好適中味噌煮鯖魚 ($48)最鍾意食鯖魚，仲要就咁連袋浸熱就食得，非常方便。味噌味濃但唔會過鹹，撈飯食好正！豬肉卷飯糰 ($48)就咁睇以為係煙肉卷，原來入面有飯㗎，非常軟糯，吸晒豬油，好味豬腩串&免治雞肉棒 ($88)豬腩串就算番煎都唔會好鞋，肥瘦適中；雞肉棒有啲雞軟骨粒，非常有口感拎到返屋企之後媽咪話唔識整，好在店員俾咗張指引，否則我一定會覆述錯誤
