To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食上海菜都係叫小籠包、生煎包等,今日決定嘗試更與眾不同嘅上海菜菜式,所以嚟左謝謝儂。從餐牌所見,謝謝儂嘅食物可謂多元化。- 黃金四季豆黃金指鹹蛋黃,每條四季豆都沾上鹹蛋黃,非常惹味。- 爆汁煎小包入咬開肉汁即刻湧出嚟,豬肉餡熱辣辣。- 韭黃炒鱔糊韭黃炒鱔糊係經典上海菜之一,入口濃香唔算太鹹,鱔魚入口軟腍綿滑,至於韭黃幾爽口,口感相當豐富。- 安格斯肥牛炒粗麵粗麵顔色炒得好均勻,唔會話好肥膩,不過肥牛就一般般,質感偏「鞋」。- 蔥花家鄉薄餅一共有七塊薄餅,外皮幾酥脆,入面冇咩餡料,但蔥花太香。一個人食可能覺得好乾,所以幾個人share就啱啱好。總結而言,鱔糊特別印象深刻,蔥花家鄉薄餅亦會念念不忘。另外,平時成日同女友講5201314,今餐係女朋友請,所以講埋336!
