新開的「鳥森」,古靈精怪部位不少,例如雞腸、雞冠、雞子、雞心元、甚至雞腳筋、雞掌心及雞輸卵管(限量)亦有,我覺得有趣,另一特色是明火炭燒!不過首次光顧,還是先嚐廚師發板風格的 Mori set,$580/位,價錢相宜。香草雞胸沙律爽脆酸香,芫荽霸氣味出衆得來討好,雞胸肉唔嚡,好讓味蕾先熱身。精選燒鳥八本雞脾肉雞冠雞心雞皮雞喉雞頸雞腎月見雞肉棒第一道正是我的至愛,月見雞肉棒。免治雞肉棒棉密的同時帶嚼勁,混了粒粒疑似軟骨的幼粒,蛋黃顏色深橙,非常黏稠,蘸著吃信增潤滑。惠比壽雞脾肉雞皮燒至微焦,對比嫩滑的雞肉,調味不重手,自己蘸少許海鹽吃更合意。雞冠剛認識雞冠不久在這再遇,風格不同,燒得比較焦脆如雞皮,若然能保留多些軟棉感我會更鍾意。雞心元一串四棵心,口感理想。雞皮、雞喉、雞頸、雞腎慢功出細貨,即燒即上,吃得開心。燒物白燒鰻魚今晚燒得最好的一道,皮脆肉鮮嫩。厚燒牛舌心我認為牛舌心必須吃厚切,吃過知道,口感分別很大。食事惠比壽炭火燒親子丼豐富紫菜絲蓋頂,下藏幾棵免治雞丸,丼飯有汁味道好。雞汁安格斯肉眼白布烏冬我很喜歡白布烏冬,因為質感極之幼滑,而且一大片的確如白布,與別不同。配合濃郁湯頭及豐腴
