To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 四個月前訂左今晚去食晩飯,網上訂座要付$300/位。二人套餐只有一款選擇,所以叫左 ,$880/位。小食四款,子薑皮蛋因為子薑沒有供應,所以改左煙燻乳鴿,陳皮五香牛肉,蟹肉香菇盒及芋泥鴨盒,幾款都吾錯。花膠雞元肉湯夠熱而且個湯好清甜。花雕花蟹配陳村粉,有d蔥絲夾陳村粉食,索埋d汁,吾錯。糖醋排骨,好大件,外脆內軟,配左子薑粒及糖醋汁,最好食系佢。魚湯油炸鬼菜芯,清清地,冇乜特別。三蝦炒飯,份量好大,獲氣夠得嚟d飯又炒到粒粒分明。杞子雪糕,估唔到杞子同雪糕又好夾,意外驚喜,反而杏仁茶就味道淡和質地都比較薄。用餐體驗,食物和服務質素都很出色,只是樓底不高,客人多時比較嘈。
