To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一碟賣48元既豆腐火腩飯，3件火腩，全豆腐同雞比菇，生意唔係咁做掛，錢唔洗搵咁盡，係公廠區賣48蚊比d咁既野人？我就叫左無食啦，老闆留返比下手叫既人食啦，咁樣做生意真係好咩？食唔食比人食架？份量呢家野的知道係好隨心，特別係中餐廳冰室，值係都唔係要搞到好似人地食淨拎過來咁掛，一碟飯量係幾多，無話一定要定量，但係賣48蚊既飯，你碟3件火腩人，我諗你地同邊個講你都講唔過去，咁樣既份量你拎比人，邊個會覺得合理。
