平時都多是倆口子食飯,但今次一定約齊朋友先得,因為想食斧頭扒,足足有55-60oz的斧頭扒真係要齊人先食得哂,而且氣勢強勁,一行四人一於食個痛快。有扒點可以唔叫埋飲品,飲品有幾款,大家各有所好,所以點了每人一杯$32,當然大家口味相同可以點$88有6人份量。天空之藍顏色好靚,係柚子味特飲,杯底有柚子蜜,味道不錯。葡萄之戀和芒果天地,同樣大大杯,芒果更有很多果肉。黑松露牛肝菌雜菌湯 $58好濃稠幼滑的湯,雜菌味濃郁有層次,而且加了黑松露油更顯菇菌香味。配蒜蓉牛油法包更夾,法包不是硬脆刺咀,而是軟綿濃香,吸埋湯一齊食,味道很正。廚師拼盤 $188(Cold Cut, Smoked Salmon, Parma Ham, Camembert Cheese)Parma ham咸香肉味重,油潤光滑的質感,越咬味道越突出,非常好食。肉腸也不會好硬身,脂肪位平均,很易咀嚼。煙三文魚嫩滑肥美。黑色的餅干條較少見,但近年都越來越多餐廳出現黑色的麵包,幾特別。我最喜歡還是金文筆芝士,幼滑香濃的奶味充滿在口腔內。香煎法國Rougie鵝肝多士配黑車厘子醬汁 $118超厚切的鵝肝,十分肥美。煎得脆身,而且傳來陣陣

今晚重頭戲來啦,就係呢個來自美國的斧頭扒,有成55-60oz份量,真係要一班朋友先食得完,未食過連骨的斧頭扒,原來牛上肋骨勁大條,氣勢強勁,影完相就叫職員幫我地切塊扒。

其實跟肉眼差不多,但牛扒的切割方式是特定的,將牛肋骨部位切成斧頭狀。

連骨的牛扒,味道更濃更鮮,厚身又鬆軟,每咬一下都有肉汁,牛肉味濃郁肉質細嫩,而且脂肪較多,令牛肉更易咬同多彈性。牛肉唔使調味料已經很好味,食出牛肉原味好正。配菜有少見的秋葵,而薯塊也粉綿薯味重。

手捲粉更很少見,特別在做法複雜,由麵皮捲成圓筒狀,而且質感更煙韌更好咬,掛汁也很多。
芝士忌廉汁唔多,但就沾滿在手捲粉上,啖啖淺味。有好重黑松露味,加上大蘑菇多汁厚肉,整個組合都很夾。

甜蜜菠蘿薄餅伴雲呢拿雪糕 $58,薄餅做甜品也是少見之物,用清新酸甜的熱帶水果做材料,菠蘿粒很足料,玩薄餅上的芝士,一甜一咸味道多樣化,薄薄脆身薄餅更是食不膩,配雪糕同食才是佳品,個人很喜歡,仲食左兩塊。
