今日食呢間吟,鐵板燒,訂左12點,因為呢間好多人book,所以要交住留位費$500,你去到佢會俾返你去到坐低,睇睇menu,有set lunch嘅,但我揀左廚師發辦$700,我唔知有幾多野食,食到尾就知…(後悔)佢地得一個樓面serve你,但都好有禮貌,好有條理都好多野食,大家睇左相先沙律就唔講喇,同埋白子唔記得影相,即係魚嘅睪丸,煎香左好甘香,值得試下個蒸蛋其實我覺得冇咩特別,話黑松露,但我就冇話特別鍾意想講下道炸金鯛,個師傅話係招牌菜,因為連鱗炸比較少有,炸左好香,魚又靚,食多件都得呀日式雞鮑翅,好普通,整體味唔夠,鮑魚係南非九孔鮑,新鮮嘅,佢配埋個芡汁,冇咩驚喜囉,鮑魚本身又冇乜味想講下個禾稈草煙燻吞拿魚,師傅用火鎗燒禾稈草夠哂震撼佢事先提我話有啲焗,食落去舊魚好食嘅,煙熏味都重嘅大虎蝦,夠彈牙、脆,夠鮮味,唔駛太重調味都好好食食到飽嗰陣,仲有鵝肝多士配埋個菠蘿減低肥膩口感,鵝肝少少騷味,正常嘅其他甜品煎糖多士、雪糕呀、炒飯(鹹左啲)炒菜呀(太飽,要少少)都正常水準嗱,咁樣咁多野食先$700,加埋一$770,抵到飛起啦同埋,我坐左兩粒鐘,咩都抵啦,坐到你眼瞓

沙律就唔講喇,同埋白子唔記得影相,即係魚嘅睪丸,煎香左好甘香,值得試下




個蒸蛋其實我覺得冇咩特別,話黑松露,但我就冇話特別鍾意




想講下道炸金鯛,個師傅話係招牌菜,因為連鱗炸比較少有,炸左好香,魚又靚,食多件都得呀




日式雞鮑翅,好普通,整體味唔夠,鮑魚係南非九孔鮑,新鮮嘅,佢配埋個芡汁,冇咩驚喜囉,鮑魚本身又冇乜味




想講下個禾稈草煙燻吞拿魚,師傅用火鎗燒禾稈草夠哂震撼
佢事先提我話有啲焗,食落去舊魚好食嘅,煙熏味都重嘅




大虎蝦,夠彈牙、脆,夠鮮味,唔駛太重調味都好好食




食到飽嗰陣,仲有鵝肝多士
配埋個菠蘿減低肥膩口感,鵝肝少少騷味,正常嘅




其他甜品煎糖多士、雪糕呀、炒飯(鹹左啲)炒菜呀(太飽,要少少)都正常水準




嗱,咁樣咁多野食先$700,加埋一$770,抵到飛起啦
同埋,我坐左兩粒鐘,咩都抵啦,坐到你眼瞓
