上月疫情踏入高峰,晚市堂食禁令絲毫未見解除跡象,懶得煮但又想食好一點,唯有外賣幫到你。陳儀興貴為潮州菜老字號,在打冷界一直很有口碑,難得在將軍澳開了分店,今次特地買了幾道小菜上親友家中一聚。——————————🔹滷水鵝件 $118潮州老字號最矜貴的當然是陳年滷汁,鵝肉經滷製後甘香入味,值得一讚是肥膏不多,肉質鬆化不乾柴,吃多幾件亦不膩。🔸蒜香排骨粒 $95排骨粒炸得金黃香脆後,表面灑上大量炸香蒜,甫開蓋即聞到撲鼻蒜香,未食已經先興奮~排骨比預想的多肉少肥,而且份量多,香口到想開罐啤酒麻甩一下🍺🔹糯米釀大腸 $98第一次食這道功夫菜,新鮮豬腸徹底洗淨,刮走薄膜污物後,釀入生糯米、花生、冬菇等再紮起,先蒸後切片煎,外脆內糯,口感得意。

潮州老字號最矜貴的當然是陳年滷汁,鵝肉經滷製後甘香入味,值得一讚是肥膏不多,肉質鬆化不乾柴,吃多幾件亦不膩。
