To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🥕糖心蘿蔔真係甜而冇渣,嗰種甜係蘿蔔天然甜味非後天加工/滷水,係而家車仔麵好少食到嘅甜蘿蔔,一咬即散。

🐷燒豬頸肉係條狀,燒得面頭焦脆,咬落就夠豬油香。

包括:豬皮、豬大腸、豬紅、糖心蘿蔔、何B雞翼尖(辣)、滷水雞翼皇、陳皮魚蛋(辣)、肥牛、炸魚皮頭、燒腩肉

・味道 & 口感:豬皮 > 燒腩肉 > 何B雞翼尖(辣) > 陳皮魚蛋(辣) > 豬紅 > 豬大腸,其他冇試到。

🐷豬皮軟淋吸湯,成塊吸水棉花咁吸哂啲湯底精華,好難唔好食。

🐖豬腩肉食得出有落小小孜然粉吊味,又幾夾喎。舊腩肉可以再月巴啲XD。

其他正常發揮,係豬紅同豬大腸太細舊,咬落唔夠啖啖肉,不爽。
