今次同朋友嚟咗間日式牛舌專門店 Gyutan Toku,試吓佢哋嘅定食係咪 #牛舌關注組 嘅 member 講到咁驚艷!佢哋個招牌極上牛舌定食 ($178),師傅會揀最中間最鮮嫩嘅牛脷,就係每條牛脷最中心嗰兩成肉,用同日本一樣嘅煮法,先加鹽同黑椒調味,再燒到表面帶有微焦脆香,加埋獨家嘅 72 小時低溫熟成嘅煮法,一口咬落牛脷內嫩又爽口,完全冇內臟嘅臊味,值得一試 👍🏻 除咗招牌極上牛舌,呢次特別推介仲有龍蝦沙律 ($78) 同鹽燒鯖魚定食 ($98)!龍蝦鮮甜,再配新鮮沙律同日本生蛋,清新開胃,而鹽燒鯖魚就燒得皮脆肉嫩!另外我哋仲嗌咗雞肉棒軟骨串配日本雞蛋黃 ($38+$10),雞肉肉質嫩滑,雞軟骨有咬口,配埋 High Ball ($68),柚子味梅酒 ($58) 或者生啤 ($48),味道一流 🍻 每份定食都有跟茶碗蒸、小鉢、漬物同麵豉湯,唔想食飯嘅朋友可以免費換沙律或者加 $10 轉烏冬!如果你鍾意食日式燒牛脷,呢間 #GyutanToku 係值得試吓,味道唔錯、環境舒適、食得開心 😊
