To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期5 掛上8號風球停學停工。但因為見出面唔係大風大雨。。都出左去搵食。。target左去moko打左幾位電話去不同餐廳確認佢地有開門。。咁我地就出去食lunch 喇。。。。去到停車場其實都唔少人。。。泊好車後入商場。。其實都仲有不少人行街食野。。大部分鋪都有開門的。。可能係商場鋪關係。。不過邊間食市都不用排隊。。我地就入左去千両我叫左滑蛋豬扒飯份量好足。。食唔晒。。。豬扒好味。。唔會炸到皮肉分離。。juicy 的。。好快食完就走la.. 因為收到風話個風會越晏越勁。。咁就快速地嘆完個午餐
