到左十月份都仲有風打,是日本來約左朋友食西餐,但因為颱風來襲,餐廳未有營業,其實打風通常都係幫襯連鎖野,又或者係酒樓,多數都有營業。同朋友黎到銅鑼灣嘅新斗記,喺酒店2樓,位置闊落,雖然係打風天,都依然有唔少客人,既有家庭,亦有啲係兩小口食晚飯。咁我地今晚人少少,叫左幾款小菜試下首先係老火例湯,是日例湯係菜乾煲豬肺、豬肉,湯底完全唔油膩,冇乜味精感,啖湯都特別清甜,有潤肺之效。大概分到5碗,一人一碗多啲招牌乳豬:都係新斗記嘅招牌,豬皮好脆,而且去掉多餘嘅肥肉,基本上係呢度必點蔥油雞/半隻:雞肉唔算好嫩滑,但雞隻味道都好有鮮味,唔會好似啲雪藏雞咁。啫啫生菜:生菜略為失色,唔係好夠惹味。粟米班塊:班塊8件,另上一碗粟米汁。用上班塊魚肉,加薄薄炸漿炸,類似黃金炸豆腐果層皮咁,食落仲係好軟熟,唔會有一層好硬嘅脆皮。配埋粟米汁,甜甜地,很好下飯生炒上肉排:外皮咬落好脆口,甜酸度適中,現炸,肉唔韌唔老椒鹽鮮魷:份量比較少,唔係好夠鍋氣。臨尾仲送左幾碗湯水 - 紅豆沙俾我地,好貼心。因為天氣涼涼地,都幾暖胃。

首先係老火例湯,是日例湯係菜乾煲豬肺、豬肉,湯底完全唔油膩,冇乜味精感,啖湯都特別清甜,有潤肺之效。
大概分到5碗,一人一碗多啲
