To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間食店真係勁，8號風球都照樣營業。我哋點咗素過橋米線配蟲草花湯，同埋蕃茄湯底過橋米線。🍜😋素過橋米線入面嘅配料豐富，有新鮮蔬菜同竹笙、淮山令味道更加豐富。👍🏼酸菜令米線更加開胃。湯底入面仲有蟲草花，增添咗一份營養同滋味。🌿🌱食落去，米線彈牙有嚼勁，湯底鮮甜唔膩口，服務員服務態度又好，耐心教我地用app點餐，好似岩岩裝修完，環境舒適，令食飯嘅體驗更加完美。👍🏻🌟如果你鍾意素食同埋喜歡米線嘅話，呢間食店岩晒你🤟🏼唔論係味道定係服務，唔會令你失望。一定要嚟試下啦！😍✨
