To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳佈置幾有特色,好似返到80年代咁,係個打卡嘅好地方!1. 冰鎮黃金咖喱魷魚 $42咖喱魷魚睇落細細碗,不過份量都唔少,而且咖喱味好濃,仲有啲辣,超惹味!2. 鐵漢撈丁 $25呢個係個人必食推介!雖然睇落個感覺似印尼撈麵,但係佢個汁係餐廳,調製嘅醬汁!辣辣地,超好味!食完一次會想再食!😋😋😋食過你就明🤤3. 鹽燒牛舌$32牛舌都幾有口感,燒得啱啱好,唔會好韌!4. 炸雞皮 $12雞皮炸到勁薄,完全冇晒油脂,好似食緊薯片咁,超正!5. 雞腎串 $15雞腎都好食,不過個人覺得可以再厚切少少😝咁樣會更加有口感!6. 山楂蜂蜜梳打 $42餐廳都有港式手工梳打/日本梳打/茶,不過呢啲手工梳打,就唔一定有貨!真係手快有手慢冇!今次我哋試咗山楂蜂蜜梳打,酸酸甜甜,山楂蓋蜂蜜,條配得啱啱好,清涼又解渴👍🏻

咖喱魷魚睇落細細碗,不過份量都唔少,而且咖喱味好濃,仲有啲辣,超惹味!


2. 鐵漢撈丁 $25
呢個係個人必食推介!雖然睇落個感覺似印尼撈麵,但係佢個汁係餐廳,調製嘅醬汁!辣辣地,超好味!食完一次會想再食!😋😋😋食過你就明🤤


3. 鹽燒牛舌$32
牛舌都幾有口感,燒得啱啱好,唔會好韌!


4. 炸雞皮 $12
雞皮炸到勁薄,完全冇晒油脂,好似食緊薯片咁,超正!


5. 雞腎串 $15
雞腎都好食,不過個人覺得可以再厚切少少😝咁樣會更加有口感!


6. 山楂蜂蜜梳打 $42
餐廳都有港式手工梳打/日本梳打/茶,不過呢啲手工梳打,就唔一定有貨!真係手快有手慢冇!今次我哋試咗山楂蜂蜜梳打,酸酸甜甜,山楂蓋蜂蜜,條配得啱啱好,清涼又解渴👍🏻
