To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排天氣有啲熱,所來想食啲酸meimei開胃啲嘅野,就會諗起酸菜魚🐟🐟🐟🍴冷鍋酸菜魚個名叫冷鍋,仲以為係凍食,原來係熱葷🤭🤭🤭我地叫咗細嗰個size都已經好大鍋,入面有大量魚塊,酸菜,大豆芽菜同水晶寬粉🥘湯底夠酸,BB辣唔會搶晒其他味,魚係屬於比較厚身嗰種食完啲魚仲可以打邊爐,材料索晒啲湯應該唔使點豉油都已經夠味不過因為個鍋本身已經好多料,我地兩個人食唔加都已經夠晒飽🙈🙈🍴無骨口水雞（例牌）冇特別要求,都畀咗雞髀我地😆冇骨啖啖肉,肉質亦都好滑我地叫咗少辣（太淆底lol）結果真係唔係幾辣,建議鐘意食辣嘅朋友可以叫中辣以上😇🍴夫妻肺片有牛𦟌牛脷金錢肚,我覺得個味同口水雞差唔多🤣好鐘意食個底啲麻辣花生😛🍴黑糖糍粑呢碟又係見親都抗拒唔到嘅甜品🥲炸咗嘅糯米糰,外脆內軟,加埋上面嘅黃豆粉同黑糖醬,甜而不膩,畫上咗圓滿嘅句號🥰份量都幾大,openrice訂位某啲時段仲有85折,都算幾抵食😇
