一向都好鍾意食京滬菜 ,所以早幾日就帶左屋企人去古琴雅苑提早食團圓飯❤️首先就order咗一隻必點嘅北京填鴨,師傅會喺外面即場片皮同肉出嚟。只有皮嘅部份原來叫做一口酥非常香脆,點埋梅子醬食就唔會覺得膩👍🏼 鴨肉唔鞋又juicy, 每次包2片,真係好🈵️足😌入秋之後一定係食蟹嘅季節,點🉑️以唔食蟹粉,蟹粉賽螃蟹嘅蛋白香滑加埋蟹粉味道就更加香濃😋清炒鱔糊食落啖啖肉,而且肉質鮮嫩。招牌擔擔面湯頭有好濃嘅花生醬味,當中帶少少酸辣味,麵質亦都好彈牙👍🏼 食完啲濃味野之後飲番啖砂鍋雲吞雞嘅清湯,解解膩,perfect‼️最後食埋碗紅糖桂花湯圓就完🈵️啦😂😂今次呢餐屋企人比9⃣️0⃣️分😱😱下次再食過咁話喎😆
