To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有個阿姐端米線來，態度惡劣不特止，還將湯底都溢到桌面，真的要不得！也是挺普通的米線店，但最少，這間雲貴軒本身都是做米線起家，米線的份量不至於太少。因為米線陣的米線份量，少到嚇人，基本上用筷子兩野就可以完全夾起。雲貴軒的辣味，可能因為我叫微辣的關係，不算太過出眾，而且還微帶有少許酸，好像加了一點番茄的味道。米線不算特別出色，但還不算煮到完全軟掉。腩肉的質地也不錯，非常均勻，墨魚頭也是，夠爽夠脆，但是雲貴軒加一個餸有需要$13 ，因此要一個米線加兩個餸，很容易就加到40多元。總括來說，米線份量偏少，湯底又不算太特別或有火喉，配料選擇又不算特別吸引，而且加過去了都不便宜，因此雲貴香也不是我常到的餐廳。

總括來說，米線份量偏少，
湯底又不算太特別或有火喉，
配料選擇又不算特別吸引，而且加過去了都不便宜，因此雲貴香也不是我常到的餐廳。
