My husband was weary from his hike up the area and opt for a refreshing Grapefruit Honey ($43). This drink was made with freshly sliced grapefruits that were soaking in a jar of honey, not the synthetic commercial syrups! Poured into a double wall glass with a chilled metal straw, it certain refreshes the weary soul!

I for one opt for something more delicate, a Honey Rose Latte ($40). The gentle honey rose aroma that rose from this pleasing buttercup yellow coffee set certainly lifts up my spirit.
