 Apart from postcards bought by the owners, there are some designed by students and artists featuring Hong Kong culture - such as pictures of Hong Kong snacks, urban sketches of streets, scenic spots, umbrella revolution. Customers buying the postcards can write with the given stationery, stick the stamps and send out through the owners.

 Food is in a mix of Chinese and western cuisine. All day breakfast and simple pastas are in the menu as expected in a cafe setting, but the featured ones are drinks - floral tea in a tall glass in which you can see a flower blossoming in hot water, Lavender latte, soda with rose petals etc.

女皇特調 is a refreshing drink - mainly soda in green apple flavour with rose pedals. The size is optimal and refreshes my mind both physically and mentally (by the mint colour of the drink!).

 Positioning with a theme related to travel like the Alchemist cafe, Post Collection HK creates something more than mere sharing of a common purpose - the element of DIY and product purchase. By bringing in Hong Kong culture by postcards, people reminiscing local culture and foreign tourists can be good targets. It may be a good choice to bring my foreign friends when they visit Hong Kong
