To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ah! What a lunch!

1.Smoked Duck Breast in Black Pepper Sauce with Pasta
due to the power of black pepper, it made the whole dish very ‘hot’ and ‘spicy’. Smoked duck Breasts were alrite. Overall it’s a strong flavor dish

2.Clams and Spinach in Cream Sauce with Angel’s Hair Spaghetti
too creamy to be truth. I easily got stuffed and felt full belly due to the sauce! Spinach wasn’t diced unexpectedly. It seems like a heartless dish for all.

3.(Smoked) Salmon in Cheese Sauce with Spaghetti
it looked and tasted more or less the same as the previous dish (the only difference is that this is served with Salmon!). Strong and heavy cheese sauce made your stomach felt breathless. (Smoked) Salmon was partly “cooked” and partly “sashimi”. Quite a strange feeling when tasting the whole dish

The price is quite reasonable. For 1 soup + 1 dish + 1 drink cost from $30+ to $50+.

This restaurant is just too small that it being put in too much tables and chairs. Quite dense for dining!

It’s nice to come once in a while, but not too often. Somehow, foods here are quite heavy and fatty indeed
