I walked pass The Pizza Project in Central numerous times, and finally got to try it on a weekday evening.The staff was very friendly, and recommended The Pizza Tasting Project to my friend and I, which includes an antipasti, a gnocco fritto, two pizzas and one dolci to share between the two of us.We got this Mozzarella Fritta as antipasti. We got this Mozzarella Fritta as antipasti. The deep fried mozzarella sticks were so delicious on its own, which made me forget about the pesto dip. Highly recommend for cheese lovers.

This Porchetta Tonnata is a square piece of leavened, lard-enriched dough fried in lard; with tuna mayo, ham and caperberry on top. The fluffy dough square was oh-so-good! The tuna mayo and ham made superb savory toppings without making you thirsty. First time having caperberry, and it tasted like olive to me.

This Rustica pizza consists of pancetta, baked potato, rosemary, tomino, and fior di latte (cheese). The ham and herbal seasonings were quite standard, what’s special about this Rustica was the baked potato slides! Who would know that carbs on carbs could taste so nice?

Highly recommend the Carbonara pizza to you! The quail eggs with pancetta were superb!!! Who would know runny quail egg yolks could taste so good on pizza with tomato sauce and fior di latte? A very satisfying and filling pizza.
