Fung Shing 1954 is a new Shunde cuisine brand founded by the Fung Shing Restaurant Group in 2018. I am very impressed with the delicious Chinese food Mr. Li prepared for us, including 紫砂茶壺燉螺頭湯, 「蜜招」安格斯牛粒 , 金磚豆腐 . Chinese food has a special meaning for me as it reminds me of the good times I had gathering with my family when I was a child, and I felt home while eating Fung Shing’s food.
The environment was comfortable with spacious seats and delicate renovation. The location was convenient for visiting. I would definitely recommend everyone to give it a try.
I would like to once again thank you Mr. Li’s invitation to this food tasting event. I hope Fung Shing 1954 will soon have a third or even forth
branch so more people can taste its authentic food.
