High end vibe sets a tone for a satisfying dinner. The atmosphere is painstakingly decorated with Chinese classical elements—red lanterns, dragon heads, vintage objects. The food is fantastic. 龙虾酥 is a must try that almost every table would order. It is presented as a whole lobster with head and tail intact seemingly, but actually the crustacean’s middle segment is the pastry. The filling is teeming with a mixture of chopped and mashed lobster meat. It is flaky on the outside and succulent and moisturous inside. A gentle bite would render the skin fall apart.
Lobster spring roll 龙虾春卷is also on the spot. The wrapper is fried pleasantly crunchy and stuffed with a mixture of shredded mushrooms, carrots and chopped lobster meat.
The signature staple Lobster Tossed noodle 龙虾捞面 is go-to choice. The noodle is al dente and flavour-packed, with the lobster soup on the side thick and rich.
沙姜鸡卷&樱花娃娃菜 are both not bad.
Generally, the meal is a good value for money. Nothing disappointed us.
