We had a group of four to dine at Sun Palace on a week day,We had Foie gras, poached egg salad, mussels, risotto and pasta. We had a half dozen oysters. It was quite fresh. Coffin bay, Tasmania, and another I have forgotten. The foie gras with peeled grapes was quite good. The temperature and crisp crust was done nicely. Poached egg salad was decent, with the egg on a nice bed of arugula leaves. Mussels were a bit meh. Done with tomato based sauce but the mussels very a bit under done. I liked

I liked the risotto with seafood. Al dente with a flavorful bite. Went very well with the wine we had.
Corkage was free. We brought 3 wines to share.
A light Cinsault, a Riesling and a heavy italian barolo.
We also had lemon tart, apple tart and a tiramisu. All decent in their own ways and was plated as well as would a reputable restaurant.
Service was excellent. We engaged in a lively conversation and had a great time.
We would definitely come again. Next time might book the private room.
